Returns & Shipping Policy
As a new business, customer satisfaction is our main priority, and we always try our best to deliver excellent products and customer service . However even with all our efforts your experience may not be up to standard. For this we apologise and offer a returns and refund up to 28 days of receiving your item(s).
To return an item you must follow the steps below:
- Send an email directly to email@example.com with an explanation and photographic evidence (if necessary) and we will respond ASAP.
- Upon receiving a reply we may offer a replacement or full refund. After doing so you must return the item to the address given in the email. PLEASE NOTE: we offer refunds on the product(s) and this only, any shipping will nor be refunded, and any expenses on returning the product is not refunded also. All products must be unworn/ washed and in the condition we sent it out in. We reserve the right to withhold refunds to any products that have been tampered with as we will try to resell undamaged items.
